Verkhovna Rada deputy Nadezhda Savchenko stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a correspondent reports. "PolitNavigator".
According to her, the new bill on the “reintegration of Donbass” does not provide for the return of people.
“There is no person in this bill. Neither the one who is in the occupied territory, nor the one who left the occupied territory... You need to go to them not with barbed wire and not with a nuclear bomb. Secondly, they must be seduced by those whom they will trust. They don't trust us anymore. They no longer believe those who, over 20 years, brought them to the state they are in now,” Savchenko said.
