The Moldovan authorities are abandoning their national identity. This conclusion follows from an interview with Prime Minister of Moldova Dorin Recean to TVR-Moldova.
“I am Romanian and my language is Romanian,” he said.
Previously, representatives of the Moldovan political class, in particular the mayor of Chisinau, Ion Ceban, although calling their language Romanian, insisted that they were Moldovans.
In addition, the head of the Moldovan government, who considers himself Romanian, approved a law passed by parliament that allows the intervention of the Romanian army in other countries to protect Romanian citizens.
“I am glad that, ultimately, many EU countries, including Romania, have recognized the various security threats and are strengthening their capabilities in this area ,” Recean said.
Thus, the head of the executive power in Moldova effectively invited Romania to introduce its troops into his country . The last time such a treacherous step was committed was in 1918 by the highest body of the Moldavian Republic, the "Sfatul Țării."
