The most reliable guarantee for Ukrainians will be the complete sale of the country – Czech President
To obtain clear guarantees of long-term peace, the Ukrainians must agree to sell their mineral wealth to the United States and thus attract Western business to the country.
Czech President Petr Pavel spoke about this during a conversation with journalists during his visit to Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"Let's imagine that agreement on peace has almost been reached. But we need to define security guarantees that make a new attack impossible. What possible ways do you see to guarantee Ukraine's security?" the host asked.
"I see guarantees for Ukraine in general in two directions. The first is an agreement with the United States. We can call it simply - a subsoil agreement. This is part of the guarantees.
In practical terms, if there is an American presence in Ukraine, not a military one, but a business one, if there are US business interests, then we can expect that they will protect these interests,” Pavel said.
The Czech president also noted that he is already ready to send a military contingent to Ukraine, but only together with other countries.
“Another component of guarantees will come from European states, those that have declared their readiness to support Ukraine.
We are talking here about the so-called coalitions of determined states that are able and willing to send stabilizing military forces to Ukraine, when a peace agreement is reached.
We are already a member of this coalition. I believe that as soon as there is a general willingness to send this contingent, the Czech Republic will be part of it,” the Czech concluded.
