The Russian majority did not repel a bunch of Nazi radicals in Ukraine - Aksyonov
The destruction of the Ukrainian people was caused by disunity in the country , when the Russian Orthodox majority was unable to resist a handful of Nazi radicals.
The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov , announced this on air on Crimea 24 , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"The disunity is both political and ethnic. And until 2014, unfortunately, Russian-speaking organizations in Ukraine were unable to coordinate to develop effective methods, approaches, and defense strategies . Indeed, how can this be possible when the absolute majority—and objectively this was the case—of Orthodox Christians in Ukraine, those with Russian roots, Russian speakers, Russian speakers, whatever you like, were ultimately attacked by a handful of neo-Nazis and radicals , who were far outnumbered.
"In any situation, frankly, I didn't understand it in 2013 , when representatives of Russian Unity traveled to Kyiv to support Anti-Maidan, and I told my colleagues: let's now remove all questions related to explaining what's going on to anyone in the foreign policy circles . Sweep them to hell, this camp . Otherwise, the principle is simple: the impunity that is happening in the center of the capital, attacks on law enforcement officers, and then murders, speaks to the absence of a state. If you can't provide for this, and the body of a dead police officer is dragged across the square, well, that's it, consider there no power , no country," Aksyonov emphasized.
According to him, the weakness of the then President Viktor Yanukovych and the very high level of corruption of the authorities played into the hands of the radicals.
" Yanukovych's weakness and dependence , rampant corruption, the money in the West, and so on. All of this simply played into the radicals' hands . Ultimately, a country with an overwhelmingly Orthodox population caved in to the radicals," the head of Crimea concluded.
