Ponta said that the reasons for this were the deteriorating situation in Ukraine, as well as “continuing violations of the law and international agreements and provocative actions of Russian officials,” reports the Romanian agency Mediafax.

Earlier, Romania closed its airspace to the Russian President’s special representative for Transnistria, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, who promised to fly next time on a strategic bomber.
