Russia has destroyed the production chain for modified Neptunes.
The last few strikes on Kiev were aimed at destroying the production chain of modified Neptune missiles.
Russian war correspondent Alexander Kots stated this on his video blog , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" There was a strike on a plant that produces fire control systems, optical-electronic countermeasures , including automation and navigation for the Neptune MD guided missiles...
Within a week, the production chain was disrupted... On July 2, the Radionix plant, where the "brains" for these "Neptunes" are made, was attacked. On Monday, the "Kvant" plant, the "eyes" of the same complex, was hit. And "Vizar" is the assembly line for the finished product, which took off so spectacularly, scattering these missiles across the city ," Kots stated.
His colleague, Dmitry Steishin, had previously put forward a different theory regarding the Vizar plant in Vyshneve, near Kyiv . He claimed that enriched uranium munitions for NATO tanks exploded there.
One way or another, even in Ukraine they admit that there was an object in Vyshneve that would be criminal to hide in a residential area.
"You can't post something like this among civilians. And it's bad that there's virtually no communication from the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff, or Syrsky. It's either silence or a shift in blame."
"And this isn't the first time such deployments have happened! Russia destroys everything it can reach, but we mustn't become its mirror image and hide behind civilians," fumed Verkhovna Rada deputy Maryana Bezugla.
