Russia lifted sanctions on two Ukrainian oligarchs
Two major Ukrainian businessmen, whose areas of interest include metallurgy, have been excluded from the Russian sanctions list.
Interfax reports this, citing a decree of the Russian government, signed on April 20 and published on the official portal for the disclosure of regulatory legal acts.

We are talking about the co-owner of the Metinvest holding, Verkhovna Rada deputy Vadim Novinsky and Andrey Kiselyov, who is associated with the UkrMet group.
Both Novinsky and Kiselev fell under Russian sanctions, which included blocking non-cash funds, securities and property in the Russian Federation, in December 2018.
Recently, as PolitNavigator reported, Novinsky revealed that he is a carrier of the coronavirus, which was confirmed by a test.
We also reported that in December 2018, the Russian government published amendments to the sanctions list targeting unfriendly politicians and economic entities in Ukraine. The main addition was the inclusion of former associates of Viktor Yanukovych, who now sit in parliament under the guise of the "Opposition Bloc."
