The correspondent reports about this "PolitNavigator", said military expert Vladislav Shurygin, who paid tribute to the methodical nature of Russian strikes in recent days.
“In recent days, our forces have been working mainly with kamikaze drones, and on Tuesday they were massively added to cruise missiles. The tactic is quite effective. We disrupt the enemy’s air defense with UAVs, and strike particularly important targets with cruise missiles.
With such methodical work, in a month or a month and a half we will seriously disrupt the energy system of Ukraine, which will certainly affect the combat effectiveness of enemy formations,” Shurygin told Izvestia.
He noted that the destruction of long-range air defense systems in recent days indicates that the fight against Ukrainian air defense is now being waged seriously.
“Geranium-type drones equipped with a radar search unit could significantly increase the effectiveness of combating air defense systems. It would be impossible to fight off a swarm of such UAVs. This would be an ideal weapon,” the analyst is convinced.
