Russia is rapidly building a fifth-generation army, equipping it with new weapons and opening military schools across the country.
Ukrainian military expert and retired SBU colonel Oleg Starikov stated this on his video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"The Russians have doubled their weapons, communications, electronic warfare, and signals intelligence capabilities. That is, they've already begun transitioning to fifth-generation warfare, redeploying troops. Secondly, they have 400 enterprises operating in the military-industrial complex, working two or three shifts. This is serious.
They are studying the experience of use, tactical and technical characteristics. In particular, Putin stated that the experience of the Russian-Ukrainian war is being studied in all general staffs around the world.
