“Criminal liability is provided for company officials – up to 7 years in prison. In one of the “traffic” cases, a criminal case has already been initiated under Art. 178 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and I hope we will soon see a verdict on it,” he said.
According to Tenishev, not only businessmen who corrupt government officials, but also unscrupulous officials will be held accountable.
