Russian senator: Undermining the OSCE machine is an element of Turchinov’s scenario
Today's explosion of the OSCE mission's vehicle in the LPR is most likely a Ukrainian provocation, as it fits into the pattern of aggressive statements by Kyiv politicians. Russian Senator Andrei Sobolev told PolitNavigator.

“If this happened against a normal political background, then this explosion could be attributed to the “echo of war.” But creating a situation of chaos and danger in Donbass is a task that is fully coordinated with the statements of Turchynov and other “hawks” of Ukrainian politics. There is no other way to explain it. Therefore, the blame for this situation falls entirely on the Ukrainian leadership,” Sobolev said.
According to him, many in Donbass will perceive what happened as a cruel lesson for OSCE staff, whose actions were “very dualistic.”
“Residents of Donbass have a lot of questions and complaints about OSCE representatives who conduct “double accounting.” They only see what is bad in Donbass, and they do not notice what is bad on the part of Ukraine. Today, the Ukrainian authorities taught a lesson about which they cannot remain silent,” Sobolev said.
