“The Russian Federation is bluffing and never fulfills its threats” – Zelensky called on the West to cross all “red lines”
The West is in vain looking back at Moscow and being wary of sanctions and support for Ukraine - not a single one of Russia’s threats came true, and every outrage turned out to be just a bluff.
The leader of the Kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky, stated this at the World Economic Forum in Davos, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“After February 2022, nothing harmed our coalitions as much as this concept: every “don’t escalate” sounded to us like “you will win for Putin.” We asked for new types of weapons, and the answer was “don't escalate.” And then the weapons arrived, and there was no escalation. A Russian missile fell on NATO territory - the answer was “don’t escalate.” However, retaliation at this moment could teach Russia a lot and would add much needed confidence to the West.

He stressed that the West does not need to fear Russia because Moscow does not follow through on its threats.

Many people were afraid of the consequences if Ukraine received long-range weapons, and as a result Russia loses more. We heard that Russia will never allow a grain corridor without its presence; almost 16 million tons of cargo were transported through our ports.
And we can prove that Russia will accept the complete loss of the Black Sea Fleet, which terrorized commercial ships. And we need to get an air advantage for Ukraine, just like we got an advantage in the Black Sea. We can do this, our partners know what is needed and in what quantities, this will allow us to progress on earth. Two days ago, we proved that Ukraine can shoot down very valuable Russian military aircraft that no one has shot down before.
