During the reconstruction of the Victoria children's camp in Odessa, where children died as a result of a fire, up to 40% of the estimate was stolen. Petro Poroshenko, who cut the festive ribbon, chose to turn a blind eye to the theft. But the current unrest at the Odessa City Hall is coordinated from the center, their goal is to put pressure on the Odessa mayor. Political goals carry much more weight than the lives of dead children.
Political scientist Andrey Zolotarev stated this at a press conference in Kiev, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“On these same days, a family with children burned in Kherson, but no one is storming the Kherson City Hall. Obviously, such a task is not worth it.
It is obvious that the tragedy in the Victoria children's camp is being used to eliminate such a colorful and specific figure as Trukhanov. And the customers of this action, who launched their Maidan Arbeiters under the walls of the Odessa City Hall, are in the shadows. It's clear.
It is clear that at this children’s camp, the ribbon on which was cut by the President, there was clearly a “cut” of 30-40% of the estimated cost. Naturally, in such conditions, the price of human life, including children’s, is much lower than this corrupt decision. Now they are doing this in Dnepropetrovsk, and in Nikolaev, and in Kherson, and in Lvov. The system is thriving. But the cards were laid out in such a way that it was necessary to shake the stool on which Trukhanov was sitting.
The minimum task is to lead him to some compromises, to the necessary decisions, the maximum task is to change the top leadership in Odessa. Why not play on this tragedy with children?
