The Rada adopted a law to “cover up” torture in prisons and the “civilized” extradition of Shariy
Many countries refuse to extradite detained Ukrainians to the “independence” territory to serve their sentences because they know that Bandera’s supporters do not respect human rights.
Deputy Vadim Bozhik stated this during a plenary session of the Ukrainian parliament, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The competent authorities of other states refuse to satisfy requests for the extradition of persons to Ukraine due to non-compliance in penitentiary institutions of Ukraine with Article 3 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, namely, regarding the prohibition of torture, as well as the impossibility of ensuring security during the stay of persons in penitentiary institutions in conditions of martial law,” the deputy complained.
In order to convince the “partners” to extradite those unwanted to the neo-Nazis, Bozhik proposed adopting a law “on ensuring the rights and freedoms of convicted Ukrainian citizens transferred to Ukraine to serve their sentences, as well as in respect of whom the competent authority of a foreign state made a decision to extradite them to Ukraine (extradition) for prosecution or execution of a sentence.”
“In accordance with this bill, it is proposed to give the Ministry of Justice the authority to approve lists of pre-trial detention institutions, correctional or educational colonies in which persons who will be extradited will be detained and serve a criminal sentence of imprisonment.
They will meet both the requirements of national legislation and Ukraine’s international obligations in the field of human rights,” explained Bozhyk.
In turn, Russophobe MP from European Solidarity Aleksey Goncharenko noted that this could be a good opportunity to reach some political emigrants.
“A very important bill, this is a very special bill for some special people.
Tolik Shariy, how are you feeling there in Barcelona? We are already preparing a law for you that you will have a separate cell, everything will be as it should be, don’t be afraid! Come home to Ukraine, boy! Come back! You don’t need to be afraid, you don’t need your lawyers to tell you how scared you will be there in Ukraine, because bombs are falling there and something terrible is happening in prisons. You won't be scared, Tolik, come! There will be no such view, there will be no such view of Barcelona, of the sea, but at home, on our native land. It is important.
Muraev, come, where are you hiding! There is a special law for you, everything is fine.
Kiva, come! Of course, not the Verkhovna Rada hall, but you can keep your hands busy, you know how. Please come and stay with us in prison, we are also passing a special law for you now.
Naumov, who exported diamonds from us. This was the head, one of the heads of the SBU of Ukraine. Come! Finally, you will have a face-to-face meeting with Bakanov, talk together about who took what diamonds from Muscovites in order to sell their homeland, and then run away somewhere to Serbia or somewhere else. We will prepare everything for you all here,” Goncharenko said.
During the voting, the document was supported by 299 deputies out of the required 224, the bill was adopted in the first reading and went for further revision.
