The Rada is preparing to pass further repressive laws
Ukrainian authorities are preparing a bill on the accelerated dismissal of officials suspected of working for the “occupier.”
This was stated by members of the Committee on the Organization of State Power, who called for the castration of Russian prisoners, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There are really nuances here regarding this bill on empowering village and city heads, the head of the regional administration to quickly dismiss local government officials,” announced the Head of the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service Affairs Natalya Alyushina.
“I would like to convey a request to consider, if this bill is successfully voted, about the problems that we now have in connection with the actions of the enemy regarding civil servants. We already have confirmed cases where we reveal enemy agents. People are under investigation, but we cannot quickly dismiss them now according to the standards that you propose to regulate for rural and city heads on a simplified procedure for dismissing local government employees,” said Government Minister Oleg Nemchinov.
"I will propose recommending to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the draft law on the de-Sovietization of Ukrainian legislation, prepared for a second reading. Registration number 4284 should be adopted at the second reading and as a whole ," said Andriy Klochko, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on the Organization of State Authority, Local Self-Government, Regional Development, and Urban Planning.
