“Is it possible to achieve significant strategic goals in a fragmented society, with a parliament where instead of effective work there are competitions of ambitions and fruitless bickering. Is it possible to develop with dignity on the shaky ground of a weak state and a weak-willed government controlled from the outside that has lost the trust of its citizens? Of course not,” Putin said.

“We have recently seen many countries where such a situation opened the way to adventurers, coups, and ultimately anarchy. Everywhere the result is the same – human tragedies and sacrifices, decline, ruin, disappointment,” concluded the Russian President.
