Kyiv, December 28 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The decision of the Russian authorities to return Crimea and help the uprising in Donbass was a mistake. The new Ukrainian rulers from the Maidan are successfully discrediting themselves - Moscow should have simply waited and done nothing, and all of Ukraine would have been at the feet of Vladimir Putin.
Former speaker of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleg Voloshin stated this on the Inter TV channel.

“For me, as an international affairs specialist, the main result of the year is the total incompetence of the course that the Kremlin has chosen in relation to Ukraine. Because smart people said: just sit and wait, Ukrainian politicians will do everything for you. They will quarrel among themselves, they will cut everything apart, they will steal everything themselves, and in the end they will lay Ukraine at the feet of Putin. There was no need to take Crimea and invade Donbass,” Voloshin said.
