Putin: Kyiv lost the war to yesterday’s miners and tractor drivers

According to Putin, Kyiv was not helped even by arms supplies from third countries, which, according to the Russian side, are already being carried out.
Therefore, the Ukrainian authorities should agree to disarm the encircled military and begin the process of granting independence to Donbass. “There is no other way,” the president said.
"Of course, losing is always bad. Of course, it's always a disaster for the losers. Especially if you lose to yesterday's miners or tractor drivers. But life is life, and it will move on. I don't think we should dwell on this. We need to solve the main problem—saving the lives of the people who are there ( encircled, – editor's note ). So that they can return to their families," Putin said.
