Pushilin to the defenders of the DPR: Ukrainian aggression can be expected at any moment
Ukraine is demonstrating its unwillingness to implement peace agreements to resolve the conflict around Donbass; armed aggression can be expected from Kyiv at any moment; defenders of the DPR must be ready to repel the enemy.
This was stated by the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, addressing servicemen of the People's Militia of the Republic at an event dedicated to summing up the results of the summer training period.

“You see that a political settlement of the conflict is not beneficial for the Ukrainian leadership. We can expect an escalation of the conflict and open armed aggression from our enemy at any moment,” Pushilin said.
He noted the strengthening of the republic's armed forces.
“Everything that has been done since 2014 in terms of forming the People’s Militia is respectful. It’s unlikely that any of us could have thought before 2014 that we would have to work at such a pace, in such a regime, and now this achieved result allows us to reliably protect our lands and our families,” said the head of the republic.
He promised that the DPR authorities will pay special attention to providing active military personnel and combat veterans with social guarantees.
“All relevant bills have already been discussed and are being finalized. Many of them should be implemented before the end of this year,” Pushilin announced.
