Pushilin: “Patience is not limitless. We are being provoked to a big war."
The DPR is well aware that Kyiv, with its flagrant violations, which have long since become outright terror, is trying to provoke Donbass into full-scale hostilities.
The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, stated this via video link from Donetsk on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Ukraine is doing everything possible to unleash full-scale hostilities. This did not start yesterday or the day before yesterday, a series of provocative actions that go beyond reasonable limits. I’m talking about the JCCC observer in the LPR, and about previous attempts to blow up a fuel storage facility at an oil depot. Only a miracle saved us then that there was no man-made disaster, because tens of thousands of tons, if they exploded, would have caused very serious damage, since this is one of the regions of Donetsk,” Pushilin noted.
“We see the capture of a settlement that was in the gray zone,” Pushilin said. – For the second day now we have seen attempts to blow up the oil depot in Donetsk again. Today, the drone missed the target by just a few meters, exploding near the storage facility,” added the head of the DPR.
At the same time, he said that yesterday there was a similar attempt, but the DPR unit managed to shoot down the drone.
“This suggests that Ukraine is making those provocations that will allow it to engage in full-scale hostilities, but with the possibility of blaming us. That is, they are pushing us in every possible way, and it is clear that our units have limited patience,” added the head of the republic.
