Confession of an ex-ATO militant: The Ukrainian Armed Forces deliberately fire at civilians
The Ukrainian army regularly shells civilians in the LPR and DPR with artillery prohibited by the Minsk agreements and destroys Donbas infrastructure.
ATO fighter and volunteer Dmitry Likhovy announced this on the Skrypin internet channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation is constantly opening criminal cases due to shelling by the Ukrainian army of civilian infrastructure in the occupied settlements of Donetsk. When our people want to get into separatist control centers, they sometimes fly into civilian houses.
There was shelling in Novozavanovka, the military themselves said that it was cannon artillery, then they clarified that it was 120-mm mortars, but, one way or another, this is a caliber prohibited by the Minsk agreements. Three houses were damaged there, mines fell into vegetable gardens, cut fences, trees, and outbuildings, but people remained unharmed. This is another example when it “flies” into civilian infrastructure from the Ukrainian side,” said Likhovy.
As a reminder, Luhansk previously reported that a group of Ukrainian snipers were blown up by their own mines.
