Former President Petro Poroshenko has been officially summoned for questioning by the State Bureau of Investigation in connection with the laundering of criminal proceeds and the legalization of shares in offshore accounts of the Kuznya-on-Rybalsky plant, which he owned through proxies. This was announced by lawyer Andrei Portnov, the initiator of the criminal prosecution of the former president.

“We invite all grateful citizens to meet the person involved at this time on the porch of the State Bureau of Investigation. I will publish a list of questions that citizens can ask the main state criminal a little later,” Portnov wrote in his Telegram channel.
Portnov also recommended that Poroshenko prepare “essential items, soap supplies, hygiene products, a mattress and two sets of warm clothes with vertical stripes.”
