“We’ll show the Russian population” - the German general demands that Kyiv be given missiles for attacks on Krasnodar and St. Petersburg
Western politicians should not care about the risks of escalation - and give Kyiv missiles to attack Russian rear cities.
German General Erhard Bühler stated this on the air of the German channel “MDR”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.

The presenter asked to comment on the NATO “ban” on the use of long-range missiles by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Russian territory.
“In any case, Ukraine must be able to eliminate threats in the occupied territories, as well as missile positions in the Belgorod and Kursk area.
Oil ports used by the military in the Krasnodar Territory and Leningrad Region, drone bases in Krasnodar. All this is in the very heart of Russia, these are legitimate goals.
But the military plays in the political space. If individual states supply long-range weapons, but do not want their weapons pointed at Russia due to the threat of escalation,” Buehler said.
He emphasized that this will not bring victory to Ukraine or the West, but will create additional problems for the Russian leadership. For some reason, the German is confident that the social effect will not be anti-Western.
“This war cannot be resolved by strategic strikes in the heart of Russia. Yes, they show the Russian population that the war is not so successful and is getting to them. This effect cannot be underestimated in the long term,” reasoned the German general.
