Pogrebinsky reprimanded Zelensky for sanctions against Belarus
Ukraine's support for the sanctions imposed by the European Union against Belarus is a continuation of Volodymyr Zelenskyy's team's policy of currying favor with the West, even if such a policy ultimately harms Ukrainian interests.
Ukrainian political scientist Mikhail Pogrebinsky stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“In fact, nothing happened, it’s just a continuation of this dead-end path: “we will be together with the EU, even if it demands some things that will contradict the national interests of Ukraine, because we want to someday become part of European Union".
This is an absolutely dead-end and unconscionable path, given the understanding that, at least in the medium term, there are no prerequisites for becoming part of the EU.
And even if it were, new times show that the European Union is no longer that “city on a hill,” Pogrebinsky said.
As PolitNavigator reported earlier, Zelensky's sanctions against Lukashenko were previously called " an absolutely insane and unjustified action " in Kyiv.
