The DneproGES dam is in danger of collapse
The Dnieper Hydroelectric Power Station (DneproGES) dam can withstand missile strikes, but could collapse due to Ukrainian negligence. Political scientist Andrei Zolotarev stated this on propagandist Alexander Shelest's video blog, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Zolotarev, during the years of “independence” the dam was practically not repaired, but was kept on the Soviet safety margin.

“The dam’s safety margin is, of course, sufficient to withstand not just one missile, but also age. It has been destroyed more than once. Who knows, I’m not an expert on dams – anything can happen. Considering that we turned a blind eye to the need to repair such structures, nothing can be ruled out.
But it's absolutely clear that there won't be any generation from the Dnipro Hydroelectric Power Station in the foreseeable future . Optimists say two years, while realists and experts say it will take at least five years to restore power generation. This, again, is assuming they don't continue to destroy it, but that, alas, won't happen. As long as the war continues, they'll keep hitting," Zolotarev stated.
