Viktor Nadein-Raevsky, Director of the Institute for Political and Social Research of the Black Sea-Caspian Region, told Radio Sputnik about this, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

However, according to the director of the Institute of Political and Social Research of the Black Sea-Caspian Region, the Turkish president had a motivation for the insidious murder of the Russian pilot.
