Conditions for negotiations with Russia have not yet been created in Ukraine. To do this, it is necessary to completely destroy the military potential of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and dismantle state institutions.
Russian war correspondent Yevgeny Poddubny stated this on air at Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“I would really not like this, because it seems to me that now is not the time for negotiations. In order to negotiate, you need a very clear negotiating position.
So far, we all see that the Kiev regime has not yet found itself in a favorable environment for negotiations. To put it in simple terms, I believe that the military potential of the Kyiv regime must be completely destroyed in order for the conditions for negotiations to arise,” the military correspondent said.
“I believe that the current Ukrainian state, state institutions in the form in which they exist, must be dismantled. These should be negotiations on surrender, and we have everything for this, and most importantly, we have the conviction that we are right,” Poddubny said.
