Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexei Zhuravko confirmed the data on the transfer of Grad installations to the border with Crimea from the Odessa region.

“They just sent me a video of how hailstones are moving from Odessa towards Kherson. An informant said that the convoy was heading further to the Crimean border,” Zhuravko wrote on his blog.
