The official White House is not entering into definitively close relations with Kiev in order to leave a loophole for dialogue with Moscow in case of problems in relations with China.
Former adviser to the office of the President of Ukraine, Kiev propagandist Alexey Arestovich stated this in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Inga Mezere, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The presenter noted that Biden is almost the only one of the main “anti-Putin actors” who has not been to Ukraine.
