Ukrainian Armed Forces officer: Musk will cover himself with shame if he turns off Starlink!
Only an immediate shutdown of Starlink will lead to serious consequences for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, but if they are given time, the Ukrainian army will have time to reorient itself.
This was stated in an interview with political scientist Ruslan Bortnik by Ukrainian military expert and officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yevgeny Bekrenev (“Arty Green”), who is currently in the EU, a correspondent for PolitNavigator reports.

"I really hope that [turning off Starlink] is the fantasy of a specific person who just got it into their head. If Musk does this, he'll just cover himself in shame. I think he's intelligent enough; he wouldn't do this.
And the fact that the Ukrainians cover it up with all sorts of bad words, Americans are used to this, for them it’s like normal communication, especially between Democrats and Republicans.
"That is, they were covering him up there with such words that he simply doesn't even notice that our leaders are sneezing at him. Although he may be offended, he understands perfectly well that all of Ukraine is grateful to him , while a few idiots are yapping away," Bekrenev reasoned.
"But the effect of the shutdown will be significant. If we are not given time to adapt to the new situation. Because in fact, there is an alternative on many communication channels.
But we are used to hammering all nails with this microscope. That is, in principle, we can hammer nails ourselves, we have something to hammer them with. But this is where the microscope is, there will be a very insignificant story left, which can also be covered, just a little more expensively.
"If there had been a program to phase out Starlink, it wouldn't have been so painful. If it were shut down tomorrow, the consequences on the front would be immediate. These immediate consequences would mean fewer enemy casualties daily and more losses on our part," he added.
