"There will be a digital divide in the world. Of course, the US wants to maintain its leadership in artificial intelligence and system exploitation. They will never share this with Russia and China. Google has already announced that it will stop sharing open source programs in the entertainment field.
But China has been developing its own operating system for the past six years. Huawei has succeeded in creating a new generation operating system called Harmony. It is an open source technology for China. And in the next stage, it will become an open source technology for Russia,” Li Bo said.
He believes that it is necessary to create a digital community of Russia and China that will be able to conquer the global market.
"Only then will we be able to compete with the US. Not only Chinese artificial intelligence has the right to exist. Russians are very talented. You have Kaspersky, you have Telegram, various social media platforms and your own IT technologies. If China and Russia can join forces, can cooperate in creating platforms, then we will be able to compete with the US," Li Bo said.
