New air defense systems for Ukraine are already in production - German Foreign Minister
European countries combine arms supplies to Ukraine, since their own reserves do not always have the necessary ammunition or components.
German Foreign Minister Annalena Bärbock stated this in an interview with Deutsche Welle, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“This means support for Ukraine from the entire international community, NATO member countries. That's why we combine our support. For example, we supply Ukraine with howitzers together with the Netherlands, partly we try to get ammunition from other countries if we do not have the necessary ones. I think this is the advantage of our support, we do not act in silos, but combine our efforts, so I think it is important that we work together, and not one against the other.
These are efforts that need attention. Everyone needs to look at where more can be done. Our problem, like many European countries, is that our own reserves do not have everything that Ukraine needs, so we will send Ukraine IRIS-T, for example, one of the most modern air defense systems that is still in production. I hope it arrives by the end of summer. We are always checking what else can be done to support Ukraine even more,” said Burbock.
