The new government of Moldova: a team of pro-Western puppets
Natalia Gavrilitsa, nominated by Moldovan President Maia Sandu as a candidate for the post of new Prime Minister of Moldova, introduced her government team. There were no surprises. Of the 16 members of the government, 9 are products of the non-profit sector, including the future head of government herself.
Chicks of a “non-commercial” incubator

Natalya Gavrilitsa herself worked as CEO of the Global Innovation Fund. It is a non-profit foundation headquartered in London with an office in Washington, DC. The NPO, according to its stated goals, invests in the development of innovations aimed at improving the lives of the world's poorest people.

Natalya Gavrilitsa.
Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration (forcing Transnistria to join Moldova under Chisinau's terms) Vladislav Kulminsky worked as a political expert at the US and UK embassies in Moldova and served as a conflict resolution adviser within the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) anti-crisis bureau. While serving as a political adviser to Prime Minister Iurie Leanca, he received substantial funding from the George Soros network. He is the founder of two NGOs – the Institute for Strategic Initiatives ( IPIS ) and the Institute for European Politics and Reforms ( IPRE ), created jointly with Hans-Martin Sieg, head of the German Adenauer Foundation. According to one version, Kulminsky coordinated the special operation to kidnap Chaus: there are video recordings of Kulminsky meeting with one of the Ukrainian judge's kidnappers.
Another deputy prime minister, responsible for regional development, has been appointed to the post of puppet oligarch of the Action and Solidarity party, Andrei Spinu. He is accused of a number of serious offenses, including opaque and dubious offshore business, incompatibility of positions, and concealment of organizations. Spinu previously headed the youth organization of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova (the party of former Prime Minister Vlad Filat, who was sentenced to nine years in prison for corruption and involvement in the theft of the century). Spinu was a co-founder of numerous NGOs, including MEDIAPOINT , Dreamups Innovation Campus, JSL , and AIESEC.
The nonprofit organization Expert-Grup (main sponsors are the Soros Foundation and the National Endowment for Democracy) has acquired two ministerial portfolios in the economic bloc. Dmitry Budyansky, director of the "Public Sector: Economy, Finance, Management" program at this nonprofit, has been appointed Minister of Finance, and Sergey Gaibu, director of economic policy programs at Expert Grup , has been appointed Minister of Economy.
The post of Minister of Justice in the Gavrilitsa government was given to another prominent person in Sandu’s team - Sergei Litvinenko. In previous years, he worked as a legal consultant for the World Bank, UNICEF and USAID. Finally, Alla Nemerenko returns to the Ministry of Health, accused of having a false diploma and concealing property, in particular, a tourist boarding house in Romania and several companies in offshore zones.
The new Minister of Internal Affairs of Moldova will be Anna Revenco, who previously served as director of the Center for Combating Human Trafficking under the Ministry of Internal Affairs. According to a document from the National Integrity Commission, Anna Revenko did not indicate in her 2013 declaration the presence of one apartment out of four that she owns with her husband - an area of 144.9 sq.m. Being an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Revenko stated that she does not have financial assets. However, at the request of inspectors, commercial banks reported that the Revenko family had twelve bank accounts.
Heading to the West, chauvinism and Russophobia
On the one hand, in the Gavrilitsa government there will not be such odious figures as Viorel Cibotaru, an ardent supporter of Moldova’s accession to NATO, who declared that Russia is waging a geopolitical war against Moldova. But those who entered the government in the past became famous for their open manifestations of Russophobia and chauvinism.
Thus, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Nicu Popescu, who held this post in the government of Maia Sandu in 2019, stated in an interview with Radio Free Europe:
“The Republic of Moldova is consistent in its foreign policy. This means continued commitment to the Association Agreement and Individual Action Plan with NATO, the development of a strategic partnership with Romania, recognition of the territorial integrity of Ukraine and persistence in the withdrawal of Russian troops from the territory of Moldova.”
The Minister of Health, the aforementioned woman with the fake diploma, Alla Nemerenco, unleashed an angry Facebook post regarding the ungrateful representatives of Moldova's national minorities who refuse to learn Romanian:
“I am amazed at the lack of respect for the Romanian language, the language of the indigenous people, shown by some of those whom my country warmly welcomed and warmed on its chest like its children - Armenians, Azerbaijanis, Russians, Belarusians.”
No other figure in the entire history of independent Moldova has shown such rudeness towards citizens of his own country, representing national minorities.
The new Minister of Justice Sergei Litvinenko was one of the most active opponents of the previous government signing a loan agreement with Russia and helped block this loan by the Constitutional Court.
Soft Anschluss: “come and conquer us”
The new government's program lists European integration as a key priority. Sandu’s team is ready to do anything to obtain the coveted prospect of EU membership – including putting the domestic consumer market and the justice system under the full control of European officials. Harmonization of Moldova's legislation with the EU legal system, among other things, means the recognition of gay marriages and the adoption of children by homosexual “families”.
Particular attention in the Gavrilitsa government program is paid to a strategic partnership with Romania “based on common history, culture and language.” For the first time, the government program of Moldova includes joint meetings of the governments of Moldova and Romania. This is nothing more than a soft absorption of Moldova by a neighboring state. It becomes clear that the persistent desire to change the name of the state language in the constitution from Moldovan to Romanian is not just a matter of a linguistic nature.
Enough attention is paid to Ukraine, and first of all, the continuation of the “associated trio” program consisting of Georgia, Ukraine and Moldova. Let us recall that the “Batumi Declaration”, adopted within the framework of this project, contains open attacks against Russia. Ukraine is also designated as the main partner in the “peaceful Transnistrian settlement.” Among other measures is the strengthening of the “internationally recognized” Moldovan-Ukrainian border, which in practice means the possibility of blocking any trade operations in Transnistria.

The United States is named another strategic partner. The Gavrilitsa government pins hopes on Washington for the consolidation of democratic institutions, assistance in the fight against corruption, energy security, economic and financial development, and other beautiful names for beads for the natives, in exchange for which the leadership of Moldova has already given the territory of the former Republican Stadium in the center of Chisinau to the American Embassy.
The language of ultimatums in dialogue with Moscow and Tiraspol
Russia is the only country still named as a partner for which the program has negative connotations, such as non-interference in internal affairs (no other country makes such claims), and the removal of tariff and non-tariff barriers. The Sandu government is interested in Russian partnership in the field of Transnistrian settlement “based on respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Moldova within internationally recognized borders.” The program also contains a demand for “the complete and unconditional withdrawal of Russian troops and weapons from the territory of Moldova, in accordance with international agreements (meaning the Istanbul Agreements of 1999, which, according to Moscow, have lost their force due to the refusal of NATO countries to ratify the Adaptation Agreement CFE Treaty, which is part of the agreements following the Istanbul Summit).
The government of Sandu Gavrilitsa adds the topic of respect for human rights to the case of the Transnistrian settlement. This means that Tiraspol will be persistently demanded to implement European legal standards, including the admission of Western funds and NGOs to the territory of Transnistria. As practice shows, this is an extremely effective mechanism for undermining the state from within.
The composition of the new government of Moldova and its program are not surprising. The goal of this government is to gently but persistently integrate Moldova into the anti-Russian bloc of states located between the Baltic and the Black Sea, and, if possible, to bring about a de facto merger with Romania. The only question is how quickly the leadership of Moldova, its supporters and external partners will face an unpleasant reality and become convinced of the unrealizability of the good wishes laid down in the government program, and will experience the shock of new scandals associated with the personalities of Sandu’s team. There is no doubt that in the event of any failures, Natalya Gavrilitsa and her government will be made the last one. And no one will envy her for this.
