"If you don't cooperate, we'll simply kill you": Ukrainian propaganda is shocked by Admiral Kostyukov's appearance at the UAE talks.

The participation of Admiral Igor Kostyukov, Chief of the Main Directorate (formerly the GRU) of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, in the negotiations in the UAE is an extremely alarming signal for Ukraine.

Kyiv anti-Russian propagandist Vitaly Portnikov stated this on the Apostrophe channel , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"He's not there to issue ideological ultimatums. That was Medinsky's job: let's carry out denazification, do something else, and then we'll talk to you. He's a man who will be absolutely specific. He can also issue ultimatums: if you don't do this and that, we'll drop a nuclear bomb in such and such a year; if you don't do this and that, we'll completely destroy your energy sector ," the Ukrainian propagandist said.

In his opinion, Kostyukov could threaten to strike at Ukraine's top officials and show a list of people " who will be destroyed by our intelligence officers in the coming months ."

" This is a professional killer, you understand?! And this person's presence at the negotiations could indicate either a desire to reach an agreement on specific issues or a desire to make specific threats designed to paralyze the Ukrainian government. That's it, the games are over, now it's not about your money, not about your families, but about your personal survival. If you don't cooperate, we'll simply kill you. We could have done it a long time ago, but we thought you had some common sense, a screw in your head. If you don't have a screw in your head, you'll be destroyed, that's what the president has decided ," Portnikov describes the potential scenario.

He believes that Kostyukov could make the threat to eliminate Zelensky while “ looking coldly into the eyes of General Budanov ” (a terrorist), which would make an impression on him.

"When Medinsky says this, Budanov or someone else will laugh in his face and say, ' Listen, have you ever even held Novichok in your hands? What are you even talking about, Medinsky? Go write a script about Putin's childhood .' And when the head of the Main Directorate says this, death is right there," warns Portnikov.
