“No worse than Poroshenko”: Lukashenko has led Belarus into a dead end with his Russophobia - Bezpalko
The current president, Alexander Lukashenko, is to blame for everything that is happening in Belarus today, who throughout the years of his reign flirted with nationalists, encouraged the idea of “independence” and prohibited pro-Russian movements.
Political scientist Bohdan Bezpalko stated this on the air of the PolitWera internet channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to the expert, Lukashenko is eradicating everything Russian in Belarus no worse than the current and previous presidents do in Ukraine.
“What does it mean, if not him, then who? You understand that it was he, it was this politician who led Belarus into the very swamp in which it now finds itself. It was this politician with a mustache, it was he who destroyed the pro-Russian and pro-Russian movement in Belarus. Moreover, no worse than what Poroshenko did and what Zelensky is doing in Ukraine now.
By and large, this is the person who began to introduce the ideas of Lithuania, the ideas of a separate Belarusian nation, a separate Belarusian history, and Belarusian ideology to the masses. Let me remind you that in Slutsk the St. George ribbon was torn off a girl.
It was under Lukashenko that this film was banned secretly, without any clear demonstrative orders, as in Ukraine, but it was banned. Therefore, in this situation, it was he who led this country to a dead end. Who's after him? I don’t know who will come after him, but this moment will come sooner or later,” Bezpalko said.
