“The offensive has stalled. There is no technology”: a Kiev political scientist told an inconvenient truth
The Ukrainian counteroffensive ends without achieving its main goals - access to the Sea of Azov. But no one will officially admit this.
The coming of next year, which was announced earlier, is a big question, since Ukraine does not have such a quantity of equipment, and the West is not able to assemble it.
Political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this on the air of the Politeka internet channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“We don’t have the equipment, it’s not produced here. We do not have a conveyor belt of tanks, howitzers, etc., and artillery. When will the West gather? Imagine, we need to collect new ones - now the West is racking its brains about where to assemble the equipment again for a big counter-offensive, for example, in 24. And it needs to be, by the way, many times more, many times more.

Therefore, the offensive, of course, is coming to an end, it is ending. “No one will admit that it is ending, just as no one will declare war, so no one will admit it here, because it will mean a symbolic defeat, and in the West public opinion will pick it up,” Karasev said.
