The second stage of Russia's collapse has begun – Uralov
After an unsuccessful attempt to destroy not only the USSR, but also Russia in the 90s, the West took a tactical pause.
Political strategist Semyon Uralov stated this on the "Purity of Understanding" podcast, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"The idea that has been around since the late 80s is that our goal is a peaceful divorce. The ideology was that this is the first stage of the collapse of a large country. Then comes a new stage.
There was an attempt to do this through the war in Chechnya, which was suspended. Then a tactical pause was taken," Uralov reasoned.
He believes that this pause is now over, because “overt anti-Russian activity” has begun, with the promotion of theses about the Circassian genocide, Yakut separatism, and so on.
"They've entered a new phase. There was a lull when they lulled us into economic and political-economic traps—by integrating us into global markets," Uralov said.
