Corruption schemes in the gas sector of Ukraine both worked under Poroshenko and continue to work under the new government.
Political scientist Dmitry Dzhangirov stated this on the air of the Pershiy Kozatskiy channel, a correspondent reports. "PolitNavigator".
“In any case, the deliveries are de facto direct, but de jure we pay three times for everything. There is no reverse, just no. Moreover, all this Russian gas that comes in is burned in the south and east at the largest Ukrainian enterprises. What's next? And then there is sleight of hand and no fraud. The meter is at the entrance and is closed. Yes, there is a reverse possibility, only it is closed, the gas is driven in a circle and the meter shows the required amount of the eye that has passed through at the border. And we pay based on the fact that it reaches Baumgarten (the hub in the EU) and returns back. This is the second time they have visited us. The first time - because it comes right away. That is, we pay as if the gas entered from the other side, but in fact it is immediately calculated from Baumgarten.
In this case, the explanation is that capacity must be reserved. In the first year - yes, probably, but for the third or fourth year do you make reservations there? This is also a deception. And the last thing, the smallest thing, but which is simply stolen with one signature - this is this process gas, well, you don’t need so much of it, it doesn’t go there. But it is written off, people pay for it, it is written off.
That's the whole story. “Servants of the People” said that “there is no crisis, they are just wasting our money.” I must say that there is no crisis now, they continue to take our money, only “they” are different now. In essence, nothing has changed,” he said.
