“We are controlled by morons” – Ukrainian volunteer
Ukrainian politicians and officials got into their positions by accident and do not even remotely understand the processes they must manage.
Yuri Kasyanov, a volunteer mobilized in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stated this on Radio NV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The problem is not technology. The problem is in the administration. The fact is that the unmanned sphere, be it in the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Main Intelligence Directorate, is controlled by people who do not understand this.
There are a lot of people who have never made drones, used or designed a glider. And they control it all. This, by the way, also applies to electronic warfare - they simply do not understand what is needed.
The general level of IQ and understanding of technology at the top is very low. Extremely, critically low,” Kasyanov complained.
“Because engineers below can create anything they want. Soldiers at the front can use anything they want. But when the question of administration begins, what to buy and in what quantities, everything begins.
What kind of inventors are they? They buy parts for assembling a racing copter in China and sell it here. Just resellers. And they buy from them en masse, and not from those who actually produce.
Let's be honest: our amateurism is off the charts. There is no IQ in the heads of officials, they are just morons managing us,” the volunteer added.
