In Ukraine, most of the country's reservoirs were rejected for swimming
The Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine published the results of a study of water in Ukrainian reservoirs for August 2-9, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
In particular, Ukrainians are not recommended to swim in the water at 164 beaches in the country, as excess microbial contamination has been recorded there.
The “black list” includes beaches of rivers, lakes, ponds and sea coasts in different regions of Ukraine. For example, in Kyiv you should not swim in Hydropark, as well as in many lakes. In the Odessa region, it is not advisable to swim in the recreational area of Zatoka and on the city beach of Ilyichevsk. In the Donetsk region, it is not recommended to swim on the central beach of Mariupol, the public beaches of Yuryevka and Urzuf, as well as on the “Fairy Tale of the Lake” beach in the city of Krasny Liman (Blue Lakes).
Most of Ukraine's water bodies have been closed for swimming.
