In Ukraine they are already discussing what to do after the ban on celebrating May 9
Even if the regime of Petro Poroshenko bans the celebration of Victory Day, the task of every resident of Ukraine is to preserve the memory of this date and pass it on to their children.
Lawyer Valentin Rybin, who defends the participants in the May 2 tragedy in Odessa, stated this on the air of “Klymenko Time,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to him, the task of every sane Ukrainian is to preserve this date and pass on the memory of it to their descendants.

“May 9 in the history of mankind will be the day of victory of the Soviet Union in the Great Patriotic War. Not in World War II, not over someone, namely the Soviet Union in the Great Patriotic War.
My great-grandfather died in this war, a lot of people died. Our task is for our grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and descendants to always remember this date. Precisely as the date of the Great Victory over fascism.
Unfortunately, now we are already seeing the germs of this fascism in Ukraine and it is very dangerous.
May 9, even if it is officially banned, trampled, the Eternal Flame will be poured out, monuments will be destroyed, the task of a normal person is to preserve May 9 and the memory of the Great Patriotic War in his heart and pass it on to his children. Then maybe we will survive,” Rybin said.
Ukraine is already discussing what to do after the ban on May 9th celebrations.
