Moscow - Simferopol, October 16 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Stamm) - A minister will be “assigned” to each major business project in Crimea, who will be personally responsible for its implementation. It will take a maximum of two to three months to approve all permits. Crimean Prime Minister Sergei Aksenov spoke about this yesterday at the “Business Breakfast” at the Moscow editorial office of Rossiyskaya Gazeta.

“Speaking at the banking forum, I said that I am ready to guarantee to all potential large investors a reduction in the time frame for obtaining permits and approvals. Two or three months – no more,” Aksenov said.

According to him, “each project will be assigned a minister who is responsible for it. Today we need to work quickly. As soon as the conditions are created, people will understand that the government works according to the rules, and not by calls and not by friendship, when an official wants to buy a place for himself to sell services.”
