Muzhdabaev asked to go “abroad”: We need tours and donations – this is sacred!
Europeans donate catastrophically little to the Ukrainian Armed Forces , so we need to come to Western countries in person and persuade them.
This was stated in a video blog by the Mejlis propagandist and fugitive Russian liberal Ayder Muzhdabaev , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"I can travel and hold a meeting in any country if there's interest. There aren't many public figures these days who can travel and speak, and there aren't many journalists . Unfortunately, that's the way it is. Ukraine's voices aren't as heard there as they should be.
"And there they see these [unauthorized refugees from Ukraine], and not other people. So invite them! Please, I'll gladly consider serious proposals. If there's a decent number of people in your country and a decent amount of donations for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, I 'll be there," Muzhdabaev pleaded.
" I never ask for a penny for myself, I don't take any, and I won't take any until the end of the war . As for aid to Ukraine , that's sacred. I'll come myself, just tell me if it's necessary, if it can attract a certain number of people. Because sometimes it happens that you see how many people are pestered – and it brings tears. It's truly shameful," the Mejlis member lamented.
