Moscow has approved the estimate for the restoration of Crimea - so far without tax breaks
Moscow - Simferopol, August 01 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - The Russian government has agreed to spend 658 billion rubles on a program for the development of Crimea and Sevastopol in the next five years. In the future, Sevastopol may also receive development assistance from the Ministry of Defense.

One of the ideas of the program is “a five-year preparation of the peninsula with state investment to accept possible private investments mainly from the Russian Federation and the removal of infrastructure restrictions in the region’s economy,” writes the Kommersant newspaper.
Most of the expenses (63%) will go to the construction of a bridge across the Kerch Strait, as well as the construction of roads.
“The authorities of Crimea will only be customers of objects that ensure the “integration of the district into the economic space of the Russian Federation,” but not builders,” the newspaper clarifies.
The authorities have not yet made a decision on the free economic zone in Crimea, the publication reports.
