Second day - or what already? – social networks and mass media are buzzing with discussions about the return of 300 thousand migrants to Russia. They, migrants, have been granted amnesty. Let me note that we are talking only about those who were expelled from the Russian Federation not by a court decision.
However, there is absolutely no need to be deceived here. Behind every such expelled gentleman there is work done by employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. And these are not just violations of the “failed to register in time” series, but also harassment of women in the subway, for example. In general, it is no coincidence that such a return is perceived by representatives of the Human Rights Council, Pyotr Tolstoy, and many others as a security threat. So let's figure it out.
It is necessary to understand: migrants are, first and foremost, a business. And, accordingly, there are lobbyists, both on one side and the other, playing on the emotions of the crowd. In particular, there is no doubt that the decision to return 300 thousand migrants was lobbied at the highest level. Representatives of both business elites and political elites tried.
Therefore, when we encounter passionate muzzles about migrants in the media, this is, as a rule, a provoked and simulated situation. It is created in a way that benefits the curators. Here we see another message about the atrocities of migrants - and then they come, as they say, en masse. Please note that at one time similar stories from the series “Migrants raped and killed a pensioner” poured in one after another. And then - hop! - and how it was cut off.
There is no clear research on the real connection between crime and migration in the Russian Federation. But there is a wonderful book - not new - by Dmitry Sokolov-Mitrich “Non-Chechen Boys. Net-Tajik girls." And most importantly, there is a feeling that these people are strangers and therefore pose a real threat. And this feeling is not invented, not feigned, but deep: it is born from lived experience.
So why, after all, are migrants being returned to Russia in such numbers? Of course, the simplest explanation that they are trying to give us is that the Russian Federation needs the notorious “working hands”. Look, they tell us, there is no one to clean the streets of Moscow for 30 thousand rubles.
However, the trick is that such a situation is artificially created; we are not talking about creating a competitive market - no, the point is to buy labor for next to nothing. Moreover, this comes with the classic chauvinistic “Russians don’t want to work.” Lie! And it is not the country, not the state, but a separate group of people that will benefit from the return of 300 thousand migrants to the Russian Federation. Then what is this for? Especially in the context of correlation with a security threat?
And here the most interesting thing begins, because in no case should we discard the terrorist factor, the radical religious factor. What kind of people are returning to Russia today? Will it turn out that some of them are combat units of groups and associations banned in the Russian Federation? If not now, then potentially. Are they launching into Russia today 300 thousand, or even 20 thousand, dangerous elements that will be able to cooperate and strike at any moment?
These are all damn questions that have no answers. And it’s unlikely that anyone will voice them. But there is no doubt that you will have to answer for this. Who should I answer? Well, obviously not to those with power and money, but to ordinary citizens who are already under the gun.
