Matveychev: Not a day without Oreshnik. Russia launched serial production
Russia has established serial production of the Oreshnik missile system and reserves the right to use nuclear weapons if the existence of the state is threatened.
State Duma deputy Oleg Matveychev stated this on the air of political scientist Vitaly Kolpashnikov's video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"It's clear that everyone has aces up their sleeve, especially us. There are those same Oreshnik missiles that are being developed now—not a single day goes by without us, so to speak, having, so to speak, one more Oreshnik missile . I don't even know how long it takes to make one warhead or missile, but it's clear that they're being made and churned out day and night. "
"And these weapons, unlike nuclear weapons, don't cause the same kind of environmental or humanitarian damage as the use of nuclear weapons. But at some point, as stated in our security doctrine, if our state faces a serious existential threat, we may begin to use all of these things ," Matveychev stated.
