Lukashenko boasted of bombs “more powerful than Hiroshima and Nagasaki”
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko is not afraid that his country will become a target for the West after the deployment of Russian tactical nuclear weapons.
He stated this in an interview with TV journalist Olga Skabeeva, the correspondent reports "PolitNavigator".
“I sat down and thought: I will be the target. And now who am I? Now I'm an even bigger target. And also such that it’s difficult for me to answer. We have always been the goal. They have wanted to tear us to pieces since 2020. No one has ever fought against a nuclear country, a country that has nuclear weapons,” Lukashenko said.
He boasted about the power of the tactical nuclear weapons that are planned to be deployed in Belarus.
“We received missiles and bombs from Russia. The bombs are three times more powerful than Hiroshima and Nagasaki. There, more than 80 thousand died instantly from one blow. And here one bomb is three times more powerful. About a million people will die at once. God forbid, use this weapon
As soon as we deliver everything, it will be distributed throughout Belarus. We have these storage facilities, like dogs in the village. Seriously. We had a lot of them. We have already restored five or six of them. We will restore more. And we will disperse. We won’t keep them in one place,” Lukashenko said.
He assures that in case of danger for the Union State, there will be no delay in launching a nuclear strike.
“I often hear: “Oh, these are Russian weapons. He won’t use it without Russia.” Listen, if a war starts, why am I going to look around? Not really. Picked up the phone, wherever he was. He called - I picked up the phone at any moment. Even now. Therefore, what kind of problem is there - to coordinate the delivery of some kind of strike. It's not a question.
