President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko criticized his American counterpart Joe Biden for promoting himself on the topic of a large prisoner exchange.
He stated this today at a meeting with workers of the Mozyr district, reports a correspondent "PolitNavigator".

True, this is where someone, like the President of the United States, builds his authority. He had nothing to do with this.
The intelligence services conducted these negotiations and did not even involve diplomats. But we agreed that we would do it quietly. They started yelling at the whole world. This is done quietly, these are people's lives. We will act wisely. In a way that is beneficial for people,” Lukashenko said.
Today, Russian President Vladimir Putin called Lukashenko and thanked him for his participation and assistance in the process of the prisoner exchange that took place the day before.
