Lukashenko defiantly thanks anyone except Russia
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko expressed great gratitude for the loans that European and international structures are ready to provide to his country.
He stated this today during a working visit to Bobruisk, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Europe, especially international banks and funds, will lend us a very strong shoulder. Specifically for healthcare. I have instructed that all the money we receive from the IMF, World Bank, and EBRD go to healthcare,” Lukashenko said.
Previously, the Belarusian president has repeatedly thanked China for its help. According to him, “our Chinese” tests for coronavirus are more accurate than Russian ones, which are “no damn thing.”
Every receipt of humanitarian aid from China is widely covered in the official Belarusian media, while facts of assistance from Russia are either hushed up or presented as an unsolicited intrusion.
Members of the Belarusian government claimed that they did not turn to Russia for help, but Russian diplomats proved the fact of a request for help from the state sanitary service of Belarus.
Lukashenko demonstratively thanks anyone but Russia.
