Kolomoisky's lobbyist exposed the land scandal near Kiev
The so-called "overseers" of the State Geocadastre and the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate, brothers Alexey and Yuriy Gorovy, are attempting to seize valuable land near Kyiv, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
This is stated in a parliamentary inquiry from MP Oleksandr Dubinsky addressed to Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk regarding the lands of the Novosyolki research farm of the Institute of Horticulture of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of the Chabanivka village council of the Kyivo-Svyatoshinsky district.

“As a people’s deputy, I became aware of information about the judicial consideration of the case on declaring illegal and canceling the state act for the right to permanent use of land, issued to the Novoselki farm of the Institute of Gardening of the National Academy of Sciences,” the document says.
The people's deputy noted that the court of first instance recognized the absence of property rights to the specified land plot. The corresponding decision of the Economic Court of the Kyiv region dated 31.08. 2019 in case 911/1579/19 has already been accepted.
The Northern Economic Court of Appeal opened appeal proceedings on September 12, and the hearing of the complaint is scheduled for November 13.
“In the event of the cancellation of the state certificate for the right to use land (according to court materials, this is about 177 hectares of agricultural land), I, as a people’s deputy, am concerned about the reasons that led to such consequences,” says Dubinsky.
“There is reason to believe that the state act is being canceled in order to transfer the right to dispose of land plots to the administration of the State GeoCadastre of the Kyiv Region. After this, the appropriate decisions will be made in favor of the citizens of Ukraine Alexey and Yuri Gorov, D. Levchenko and Alexander Kirizliev,” the people’s deputy warned and called for a thorough understanding of the situation.
Let us remind you that people’s deputy Dubinsky in the Ukrainian media is called the informal leader of a part of the people’s deputies from the “Servant of the People” in parliament, focused on the oligarch Igor Kolomoisky.
